Workout intervals, right on your Apple Watch.

Designed specifically for the Apple Watch, Silo utilizes the Taptic Engine to discreetly cue you between intervals. Maintain focus on your workouts without constantly checking the clock or causing disruptions to those around you.

Easy setup: Configure your workout and rest routines within the iPhone app. When ready, initiate your session on the Watch by pressing "GO". Receive wrist taps at each interval and quickly glance at the watch for timer updates or a preview of upcoming segments.
Stats: Following your workout, Silo syncs with HealthKit to present data on your heart rate, calories burned, and total exercise duration.
Airplane mode: Silo functions optimally with airplane mode activated on your Watch, ensuring uninterrupted timing notifications throughout your workout.
Timer presets: Create and sync up to three custom presets from your phone to your watch, defining interval activities and round counts. Customize preset names and activities directly from the app and seamlessly sync changes.
Compatible with HIIT, CrossFit, Circuit Training, Tabata, and more: Tailored for workouts necessitating precise timing between intense exercises and recovery phases.
