Designed specifically for the Apple Watch, Silo utilizes the Taptic Engine to discreetly cue you between intervals. Maintain focus on your workouts without constantly checking the clock or causing disruptions to those around you.

<li>Timer presets: Create and sync up to three custom presets from your phone to your watch, defining interval activities and round counts. Customize preset names and activities directly from the app and seamlessly sync changes.</li>
